The memory of Norma Ferringer (Rouseville, Pennsylvania), who passed away on October 5, 2025 at the age of 71, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman H. Witling and Frances Jean Shorts Whitling of Oil City; her stepparent Shirley L. Shirey Whitling of Oil City; her sister Linda J. Whitling; and her brother-in-law Alan Hartzell.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael and Mark Ferringer; her stepsiblings, Pamela Hartzell, Patricia Switzer (Chris), Karl Shirey and Daniel Shirey (Kimberley); and her cousins, Connie Hannah and Melissa Whitling. She is also survived by children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
