She was predeceased by: her parents, Dominic Dellaquila and Margaret Dellaquila (Sabol); her significant other John M. Lafferty; her brother Robert Dellaquila of Phoenixville; William S. Hoffman.
She is survived by: her children, William "Bill" Hoffman (Debbie) of East Vincent and Dore Dabback (Peter) of East Vincent; her grandchildren, Lynsey Haslip (Brandon) of East Coventry, Whitney O'Reilly (Brian) of Schuylkill Township, Tiffany Black (David) of East Vincent and Billy Hoffman (Ashley) of East Vincent; her great grandchildren, Patience, Paolo O'Reilly, Hartel, Holden Haslip, Abbey, Emily Black, William (Ryker), Bode and Paisleigh Hoffman; her sister Carolyn Magill (Bill) of Jacksonville; and her sister-in-law Elaine Dellaquila of Phoenixville. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ann's memory to East Vincent United Church of Christ where she attended.
