He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara; his stepmother Rita; and his brother William II. He is survived by: his wife Eileen M. Winans (Morell); his son Kevin; his father William, Sr.; and his brothers, John (Mariann), Kevin (Tony) and Frank (Dianna). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews; family and many friends.
