He was predeceased by : his parents, Howard Levy and Joyce Levy (Kalfin); and his sister Debra Levy. He is survived by : his children, Jennifer Nuskey (James Jr.), Kristin McCabe (James Jr.) and Michael Levy (Emily); his grandchildren, Hadley McCabe, Zander Levy, Savannah Nuskey, Kylan Levy, Parker McCabe and Makenna Levy; his sister Shari Levy (Joann Perrotta); and his pet Finnegan.
