He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Kelly and Irene Kelly (Hoppel); and his siblings, Richard, Robert, Donald, Jean and Mary.
He is survived by: his wife Twila Kelly (White); his children, Yvonne (Brad Kirby) and Patrick Jr. (Courtney); his grandchildren, Jenna, Aaron Kirby, Dylan and Lucas Kelly; and his siblings, Edna Grzegorski and William.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Catagnus Funeral Home (329 N Lewis Rd, Royersford, PA 19468). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
