She was predeceased by : her parents, Frances M. Goodwin and Silas Goodwin; her brothers, Wilbur Goodwin and Harlond Jones; her great-nephew Andree Salvi; and her niece Erika Goodwin.

She is survived by : her husband George; her children, Lisa (Bernard) and Christopher (Anjail); her grandchildren, Jaron, Isaiah, Rachel, Brianna, Taylor and Lauren; her nieces and nephews, Katherine, Sherry, Chris and Michael; her brothers, Maurice and Kenneth; and her sister-in-law Cecilia.

“George, Lisa and Chris...your wife and mom was an incredible woman. I worked with and for Miss Sandy back in the old days at the phone company. She, Miss Dorothy, Miss Claire and I worked together and enjoyed lunch together. We were friends in and out of work. We celebrated births and memorialized the deaths of our loved ones together. I will always remember our tea parties at the Four Seasons and our very special Friday talks at the office. My heart is broken as I grieve this monumental loss.”
