He is survived by: his wife Lisa Smith (Manns); his children, Leigh Ann Cobb (Kevin) of Delmont, Hannah Bobich (Kevin) of Smithton and Emily Campbell (Jeffrey) of Ruffs Dale; his grandchildren, Molly, Olivia, Garrett, Grayson and Corinne; his brother Thomas Smith (Melba) of Palmyra; and his caregiver Dary Ann.
