With profound sadness, we say goodbye to David M. Casterline of Rural Ridge, Pennsylvania, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Johnson and Virginia Johnson; and his siblings, Patricia Gena, Karen Johnson and Daniel Johnson Sr..
He is survived by: his children, David D. Casterline (Kim) of Rural Ridge, PA, Kevin Ladd (Debbie) of Corning, Susan Fulkrod of Penn Yan, Jean Blake of Rochester and Tammy Ladd (Mike Kopczyski) of Keuka Park; his brothers, Lester Johnson Jr. (Diana), Geroge Johnson (Marcia), Kevin Johnson (Herbert) and Rickie Johnson; and his close friend Marilyn Cain of Penn Yan. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
