He is survived by: his wife Karen Johnson (Knapp); his sons, Jay Johnson, Jeff Johnson (Tiffany) and James Johnson (Lori); his grandchildren, Nate, Jessica, Lindsey, Dale, Tori, Jennifer, Tanner, Chase, Alan and Brandon; and his siblings, Shirley Holt and Terry Johnson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
