With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Arthur R. Decker (Russellton, Pennsylvania), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 11, 2025 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur F. Decker and Louise Malloy Decker; and his brothers, Milton and Jack. He is survived by: his wife Helen of Brighton Heights; his daughters, Carol Decker (Jamie), DeFloria, Diane Galbraith (Kevin) and Eileen Van Scoy; his grandchildren, Matthew Heylmun, Kristen Longhenry (Eric), Laurel Baker (Nathan), Christopher Galbraith (Samantha), Austin Aja and Kelli Bechtold (Joshua); and his great grandchildren, Micah Stepien, Wyatt Stepien and Paige Baker.
In addition to flowers, he would have appreciated donations to be made to Dorseyville Alliance Church, his church of 50+ years.
