She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph George and Anna George (Gaus); her husband William C. Perlik; and her brothers, Joseph George, Ronald "Wooz" George and David "Butch" George.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Rodriguez, William C. Perlik, Jr. (Sherry), Judy Davis (James) and Charles Perlik; her sisters, Mary Lou Tubridy and Nancy DeTrude; her grandchildren, Joanne Rosario, Anthony Rodriguez, Lucas Perlik, Skylar Perlik and Sierra Perlik; and her great grandchildren, Brian Hegerty and Adrianna Hegerty.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Siwicki - Yanicko Funeral Home (23 McKrell Rd, Russellton, PA 15076). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mary of the Assumption Church (2510 Middle Rd, Glenshaw, PA 15116).
