She was predeceased by: her parents, William Baker and Florence Baker (Wortman); her husband Roy W. "Bunker" Phillips, Sr.; her son Roy W. "Buck" Phillips, Jr.; and her granddaughters, Melissa and Miranda Phillips of Fort Bliss, TX..
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Brindley (William) of Millsboro, DE and Irene Douglass (William) of Sabinsville; her daughter-in-law Cynthia Davis Phillips of Sabinsville; her grandchildren, Sarah Douglass Moore of Middleburg, FL, Melita Phillips Foulkrod of Sabinsville, John Douglass (Theresa) of Columbia, SC, Steven May (Danielle) of Middlebury Center and Courtney May of Little Marsh; and her sister-in-law Opal Phillips Hughes of Lorain, OH. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
