He is survived by: his wife Carol Jean Prinkey; his son William "Bill" Powell (Rachael); his granddaughter Mara Powell; his sister Susan Randolph (Larry) of Lutz, Florida; his brothers-in-law, Ross Prinkey of Darlington and John Prinkey of Columbus, Ohio; and his cousins, Steve Nameth (Sharon) of Dublin, Ohio, Harold Kendall (Rose) of Hookstown, Pennsylvania and Lucy Kirchner of Saegertown. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
