He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick C. and Elizabeth Ralph, Jr. (Boyd). He is survived by: his wife NancyJo; his children, Victoria Fortna (Loren C.) of Scotch Plains, NJ and Erik C. Ralph (Ritu Pathak) of East Lyme, CT; his grandchildren, Cristabella Fortna, Justyanna Fortna and Natasha Ralph; and his brother Frederick C. Ralph, III of Cranesville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
