He is survived by: his father Robert Amy; his wife Holly (Nagel) of Clarks Mills; his sons, David Amy (Starr Perrine Amy) of Saegertown and Darren Amy of Saegertown; his grandchildren, Joshua Perrine of Saegertown, Jaxton Amy of Saegertown and Hailey Amy of Slippery Rock; his mother JoAnn Amy (Bidwell); his siblings, Jim Amy (Donna) of Saegertown and Michele Johnston (Chuck) of Saegertown; his nephew Patrick Amy (Jenna); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Noah, Selah and Jason Amy (Nicole); Layla, Marah, Bradley Amy (Taylor), Dylan Johnston (Selena), Austin Johnston (Anna) and Garret Johnston (Hannah).
