He is survived by: his children, Rick Leviski (Debbie) of St. Marys, Shawn Leviski (Mary Jo) of Riverview, FL, Jody Meyer (Dave) of St. Marys and Sharon Pishak (Mark) of State College; his grandchildren, Andy Leviski, Erica Hale, Bradley Leviski and Alex Fields; his sister Ilene Burgeson; and his sister-in-law Phyllis Bricen of St. Marys. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
