He was predeceased by: his parents, James B. Brown and Rachel Winters Brown; and his son Terrance "Terry" Brown. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Fitch; his children, Mary Jayne Mercer (Jerry) of Salisbury, NC and James K. Brown (Barb) of St. Marys; his grandchildren, Jimmy, Amanda, Jamie, Samantha, Ronnie, Kenny, Jeff and Tisicka; and his great grandchildren, Rylie, Brynn, Gavin, Hailey, Rachel, Eli, Trace, Chance, Gabriel, DeAngelo, Kristin, Elijah, Tatianna and Daysa.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Lynch-Radkowski Funeral Home (169 Center St, St Marys, PA 15857). A Mass was held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (337 Center St, St Marys, PA 15857).
