Joan D. Armanini Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joan D. Armanini (Saint Marys, Pennsylvania), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 2, 2025 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joan D. Armanini to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Dinsmore and Julia Sheeley Dinsmore; her husband William C. Gahr; and her siblings, Catherine Johnston, Mary Lou Iorfido, Eleanor Krise, Julia Marchiori, Raymond and Charles Dinsmore.
She is survived by: her son Kevin Gahr (Marilyn) of Ridgway; her grandsons, Kevin Gahr, Jr. (Arina) of Columbia, MD, Emmett Gahr of Ridgway and Alexander Gahr of Ridgway; her stepdaughters, Barbara Gosselin (Gerry) of Virginia and Sandra Miller of Kersey; and her sister-in-law Patty Gahr of St. Marys. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, some of whom are Godchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Boniface Church (355 Main St, Kersey, PA 15846). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Boniface Cemetery.
Memorial donations, if desired, may be made to a favorite charity of one's choosing.
