She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Seelye and Mary Caskey Seelye; and her siblings, Jean Pontzer, Howard Gradl and Edward Seelye.
She is survived by: her husband Eugene Leviski; her children, Sharon Pishak (Mark) of State College, Rick Leviski (Debbie) of St. Marys, Shawn Leviski (Mary Jo) of Riverview, FL and Jody Meyer (Dave) of St. Marys; her grandchildren, Andy Leviski, Erica Hale, Bradley Leviski and Alex Fields; and her sister Phyllis Bricen of St. Marys. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
