Margaret M. Groll Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret M. Groll of Saint Marys, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 29, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, John Buerk and Isabella Raffeinner Buerk; her husband Alexander M. "Doc" Groll; her sons, Steven, David and Larry Groll; her grandsons, Martin Alexander Ford and Shawn Leckey; her son-in-law Ronald Ford; and her siblings, Theresa Poland, Carol Erich, Agnes Cataldo, Dorothy Leonberg, Sabina Kidd, Genevieve Ruehl, Sarah Daniels, Erhard Buerk, Gilbert Buerk, Joseph Buerk and James Erich.
She is survived by : her children, Phyllis Ford of St. Marys and James Groll (Anita) of St. Marys; her daughter-in-law Mary Groll-Clelland (Scott) of St. Marys; her grandchildren, Jeanette Groll Leckey, Eric Groll (Jeanie), Allan Groll (Erin), Kevin Groll (Jessie), Ronald Ford (Shari), Lisa Hill (Brandon), Steven Groll and Sierra Groll (Cody); her siblings, Monica Ludwig, Rita Hice, Gloria Cummings and Philip Erich; and her friend Sam Shefcyk of St. Marys. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
