With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Richard A. Herzing Sr. (Saint Marys, Pennsylvania), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Richard left this world on June 27, 2025 at the age of 72, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Aurelius Herzing and Virginia Lanier Herzing; his brother David Herzing; and his siblings-in-law, Donna Herbstritt and Allen Herbstritt.
He is survived by: his wife Rose Ann Herbstritt; his children, Renee Fox (Daniel) of Caledonia, Richard Herzing, Jr. of St. Marys and Ryan Herzing (Amanda) of St. Marys; his grandchildren, Connor Fox, Augustus Herzing, Troy Herzing, Savannah Fox, Charli Herzing and Atticus Herzing; his siblings, Judith Wolfel (Richard) of St. Marys, Daniel Herzing (Susan) of St. Marys, Michael Herzing (Lynn) of St. Marys and Timothy Herzing (Shelly) of Sunbury, PA; and his siblings-in-law, Jane Williams (Fran) of St. Marys and Dennis Herbstritt of St. Marys. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lynch-Radkowski Funeral Home (169 Center St, St Marys, PA 15857). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Queen of the World Church (134 Queens Rd, St Marys, PA 15857).
