He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Serafini, Sr. and Emma Castina Serafini; his brother Joseph Serafini, Jr.; and his nephew Richard Herzing. He is survived by: his sister Janice Herzing (Dennis) of State College; his nieces, Lori Hartman (Ed) of Pittsburgh, Tina Serafini of Clearfield and Kimberly Serafini Haney of Clearfield; and his nephew Craig Herzing (Laura) of State College.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Lynch-Green Funeral Home (151 N Michael St, St Marys, PA 15857). A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
