She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Scott and Margaret Yonker Scott; her former husband Dave VanSlander; and her brothers, Donald Scott and Daniel Scott.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Starr (Dave) of Kersey, Tami Vakiener (Dave) of Ridgway, Kari Smith (Jeff) of Ridgway, Rhonda Krobot (Chuck) of Daguscahonda and DJ VanSlander (Cindy) of St. Marys; and her sisters, Donna Flanagan of Colorado and Jane Shellnut of Missouri. She is also survived by grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
