He is survived by: his parents, David Neubert (Sandy) of Ridgway and Shari Byers Spochacz of Pittsburgh; his siblings, Emmie Buehler (Alan) of Ridgway, Colton Baird of Ridgway, Keyana Fulcher (Trevor) of North Carolina, Charles Neubert of Ridgway, Abigail Neubert of Ridgway, Harry Neubert of Ridgway and Morgan Wallace of Pittsburgh; his grandmother Avis Neubert; his stepgrandparents, Harry and Joanie Peterson; and also Jamie Neubert (Carrie). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and good friends.
