He is survived by: his wife Marguerite "Peggy Jo" Eckert; his children, Stephanie Eckert (Brian Cogar) of Pittsburgh, Jason Eckert (Alex Garner) of St. Marys and Emily Eckert (Hayley Schafer) of Pittsburgh; his grandchildren, Adam, Garrett and Taylor; and his brothers, Gary Eckert (Carol) of St. Marys, Kenneth Eckert of St. Marys and Timothy Eckert (Candace) of St. Marys.
