She was predeceased by: her parents, George Fischer and Elsie Straightwell Fischer; her children, Paul Lukaschunis, Michael Lukaschunis and Christine Szymanski; and her siblings, Dan Fischer, Mary Morris, Linda Fischer, Virginia Fischer, Sandra Tucker and Jude Ann Fischer.
She is survived by: her children, George Lukaschunis (Cheryl) of Pennsylvania Furnace, PA, Rose Bliss of St. Marys, Robert Lukaschunis of Bradford and Patrick Regec of DuBois; and her siblings, Diane Brenneman, Sara "Sally" Smith (Bill) of St. Marys, Barbara Klinzing (Fred) of Emporium and Frank Fischer of Easton, PA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Lynch-Green Funeral Home (151 N Michael St, St Marys, PA 15857). A memorial service was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
