He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Lembo and Theodora Zimzores Lembo; his significant other James S. Okker; and his brother Thomas Lembo. He is survived by: his siblings, Frank Lembo of Canada, Anthony Lembo of West Milford, NJ, Theodora Murphy (John) of Hewitt, NJ and James Lembo (Elaine) of Waldwich, NJ. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews, and six great-nieces and nephews.
