He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harry Blair and Edith Louise Rexroth Blair; his wife De-Bra Raleigh Blair; his daughter Me-Daya Blair; and his siblings, Christine Lingle, Rhonda Clevenger, Curtis, Stuart, Dwight and Travis Blair.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home & Cremation Center (333 Falling Spring Rd, Chambersburg, PA 17202). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home (333 Falling Spring Rd, Chambersburg, PA 17202).
In lieu of flowers, Kevin and his family would wish for everyone to just be kind, loving and helpful to those around them in his honor.
