He is survived by: his children, Dennis Bruce Johnson (Cindy) and Cheri Fay Steuart; his grandchildren, Julie Steuart, Jeffrey Steuart, Heather Stiffy (Larry) and Heidi Shupe (Michael); and his great grandchildren, Travis, Olivia Stiffy, Jimmy and Morgan Shupe.
