Floyd Summy Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Floyd Summy of Salisbury, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 10, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eli Summy and Fannie Summy (Lee); his siblings, Simon, Daniel, Harvey, Bennie and Effie (Sam Kinsinger); and his stepmother Amanda Summy.
He is survived by: his wife Katie (Kinsinger); his children, Amanda Yoder (Menno), David (Mary), Eli (Mary), Henry (Katie), Fannie Brenneman (Elmer), Sarah Kinsinger (James) and Lydia Zook (Jonas); his foster children, Rudy (Ruth), Andy (Alma), Lizzieann (Elmer Kinsinger), Noah (Lovina) and Lovina Wengerd (Andrew Zook); and his sister Amanda (David Kinsinger). He is also survived by 38 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM and on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM at 366 Summy Dr, Salisbury, PA 15558. A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Willow Grove Church.
