He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Oester and Josephine Oester (Glotfelty). He is survived by: his wife Linda Bittinger-Oester (Glotfelty); his daughter Sheli Gray (Jeff); his sister Sharon Livengood (Terry); and his grandchildren, Ashlin Hernandez (Cristian) and Abigail Veasna (Ren).
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (104 Union St, Salisbury, PA 15558).
