With sadness, we share the passing of Genesis Grace Osman of Salix, Pennsylvania. Genesis, born on July 25, 1988, passed away on September 24, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Andrew "Sparks" Rusnak, Chester and Catherine "Babe" Osman (Costlow); her sister-in-law Shelly Eppley; and her nephew Brandyn Truscott.
She is survived by: her parents, David Osman and Andrea Osman (Rusnak); her significant other Travis Eppley; her son Kai Lee Eppley; her stepdaughter Lilah Eppley; her brother Adam (Anita (Mangus)); her nieces and nephews, Annabelle, Oliver and Huxton; her grandmother Alice Maye Rusnak (Howell); her aunts, Cathy (Gerard Troilo) and Carol (Michael Swinger); and her in-laws, Tracy Blough, Tanya Lunetto and Shaunah Clinemyer. She is also survived by cousins, family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Charles O. Dimond Funeral Home, Inc. (621 Maple St, South Fork, PA 15956). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
