We are sad to announce that on April 7, 2024, at the age of 86, Shirley M. Horvath of Salix, Pennsylvania, born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Harvey Rhoades and Katherine Rhoades (Rolley); and her brother James Rhoades. She is survived by : her husband John F.; her children, Devin, Randy and Pamela; her grandchildren, Devina (Eric Vincent), Ian, Randy Jr., Brooke, Kayleigh, Lynn (Travis Becht), Scott and Nicholle (Andrew Williams); her great grandchildren, Colin, Forest, Bryson, Harper, Lincoln, Lily and Sophia; and her sister Joanne Hileman. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

A reception was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Henderson Funeral Home (2503 Bedford St, Johnstown, PA 15904). A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at the Richland Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Andrew Catholic Church.
