She is survived by : her husband John W. Milligan, III; her sons, John William Milligan of Slickville and William Thomas Milligan of Salina; and her grandchildren, Aaron James Milligan (Haley) of Brooklyn, NY and Alyssa Irene Vincent (Kevin) of Greensburg.
