He was predeceased by: his parents, Granville Booth and Ida H. Booth (Dean); his siblings, Howard, Melva, Virginia, Louella, Dean, Wayne, Nina and Loretta; and his in-laws, Melvin and Mary Keeney.
He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Patricia Waugaman (Vincent) of Conemaugh Township and Nancy Hale (Mark) of Colorado Springs, CO. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
