She was predeceased by : her parents, Richard L. Bailey, and Hilda Eloise Bailey, Sr. (Starcher); and her sister Bonnie L. Bailey. She is survived by : her spouse Leslie A. Smith; her sons, Tyler J. Powell, Matthew J. Powell and Damien Keister; her siblings, Billie Jo Patchen (Gregory) and Richard L. Bailey, Jr. (Jody); and her grandson Evander Summerville. She is also survived by many aunts and uncles and nieces and nephews.
