It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Sharpless of Sandy Ridge, Pennsylvania, born in Houtzdale, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 3, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, David A. Anderson and Ruth M. Anderson (Price); and her siblings, Shirley Glasgow and James E. Anderson. She is survived by : her children, Cheryl Powell of Coudersport and Lynn A. Sharpless, Jr. (Heather) of Osceola Mills; her grandchildren, Thomas Powell and Natalie Sharpless; and her sister Dawn Petro (Jim) of Hawk Run.
