He is survived by: his children, Brian Mottern (Carolyn) of Warfordsburg, PA, Shawn Mottern (Cathy Hunt) of Myrtle Beach, SC and Nicole Mottern (Louie Bernardo) of Apollo, PA; his grandchildren, Erin (Danny), Timothy (Anna), Olivia (Justin) and Katlyn (Andrew); and his great grandchildren, Grayson and Emma.
