She is survived by: her children, Nicole Cook of Vandergrift and Shane Cook of Apollo; her grandchildren, Shelby Cook, Tyler Parison, Colten Parison, Dylan Cook and Collin Cook; her brother Tom Dunlap of Richmond, VA; and her close friend Mike Trefelner.
