He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Wagner and Marie Schmidt Wagner; his son Scott Wagner (Diane Wagner); and his siblings, Richard Wagner, Kenneth Wagner and Debbie Wagner.
He is survived by: his wife Betty J. Wagner (Wylie); his children, Vance Wagner (Elaine) of Valencia, Kelly Lucas (John) of Sarver and Lee Wagner (Aryanna) of Murrysville; his stepdaughter Vicki Kunkle (Mike) of Cabot; and his sister Marlene Govan of Butler. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to the Shriner's Hospital for Children.
