He is survived by: his wife Sylvia J. Cibik (Simmers); his daughters, Michele Fink (Gregory) of Memphis, TN and Laura Likar (Mark) of Sarver; and his grandchildren, Kevin, David, Rachel, Alexander and Joshua.
