He was predeceased by : his parents, Mary Lou (Fitzgerald) and James A. Michael Sr.; his sister-in-law Sharon A. Wheeler; and his pets, Shadow and Rocky.
He is survived by : his wife Dianne M. Michael (James); his brother-in-law Richard J. Wheeler of Freeport; his niece Jennifer; and his nephew Paul Wheeler-Jewell.
