She was predeceased by : her father James Elliott; her husband Keith E. Rankin Sr.; and her sister Judy Elliott Boggs. She is survived by : her sons, Keith E. Rankin II (Wendy) of Natrona Heights and James L. Rankin of West Leechburg; and her granddaughter Emily Jane Rankin.
