She was predeceased by: her parents, George Sinka and Julia Sinka (Nagy); and her husband Paul. She is survived by: her children, Leslie Breinich (Jason) of Altoona and Nick Adamski of Natrona Heights.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Butler County Humane Society.
