He is survived by: his wife Sharon Blakley; his children, Jeremey Blakley of Beaver County, Nichole Blakley of Beaver County, Zachary Stone (Alexandria) of West Mifflin, Cody Blakley of Monaca and Hailee McGath (Bryson); and his siblings, Penny Venezie (Bill) and Mike Blakley.
