He was predeceased by: his brother Brian E. Weaver of Saxton. He is survived by: his parents, Donald E. Weaver and Pearl P. Weaver (Long); his nephews, Eric Pawuk of Saxton, Frank Pawuk of Saxton and Jason Weaver of Saxton; Anna Weaver (Miller).

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Curtis A. Heath Funeral Home, Inc. (5010 Railroad Ave, Broad Top City, PA 16621). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Curtis A. Heath Funeral Home Inc. (5010 Railroad Ave, Broad Top City, PA 16621).
