He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles C. Howe and Nora K. Howe (Sipes); his sister Alice K. Lemin; his brother-in-law Ronald C. Lemin; and his in-laws, Dorothy Howe (Reynauld D. Howe) and Linda Howe (Charles R. Howe).
He is survived by: his wife Irene E. Howe of Saxton, PA; his sons, Craig S. Howe (Holly) of Plano, TX and Brian P. Howe of Saxton, PA.; his grandchildren, Taylor G. Howe (Chandler) of Dallas, TX and Hayden E. Howe of Arlington, TX.; and his siblings, Martha A. Rupel (John) of Richmond, VA, Jane E. Murphy (Bill) of Richmond, VA, Rebecca G. LaDu (Bill) of Asheville, NC, Reynauld D. Howe of Omaha, NE, David L. Howe (Connie) of Richmond, VA and Charles R. Howe of Richmond, VA. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
