He was predeceased by: his mother Loretta Ruby (Figard); and his brother Lester Merle Ruby. He is survived by: his father Lester Ruby; his wife Renee Ruby; his sons, Philip J. Ruby (Brandy) and Joshua G. Ruby (Ashley); the mother of his children Lisa Rhoat; his stepson Adam J. Replogle (Danny Redding); his sisters, Barbara Childers and Vickie Mathes; and his grandchildren, Christopher, Skyler, Kera, Arianna, Alaya, Caleb, Genevieve and Loretta Ruby. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist the family with final expenses.
