He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest Black and Nora Black (Levelle); his wife Patricia L. Black (Friedhoff); and his daughter Eugennie Treece. He is survived by: his children, Omer H. Black, Jr. of Bloserville, PA, Jodi Crooks (Kim) of Gettysburg, PA and Brad Black of Gettysburg, PA. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
