He was predeceased by: his father Floyd Marsh; and his siblings, Timothy Marsh and Wendy Maloney. He is survived by: his mother Barbara L. Dowling (Phillips) of Saylorsburg, PA; his stepfather Raymond Dowling of Saylorsburg, PA; his sister Penny Kuehner (Randy) of Kunkletown, PA; and his stepbrothers, Raymond Dowling (Shari) of Milwaukee, WI and John Dowling (Jeannie) of East Granby, CT. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
